Kelly is a Senior Family Associate Solicitor and Integrated Family Mediator.
Kelly has practiced family law exclusively since 2003, successfully handling high net worth Divorce and Finance cases of a complex nature with an international element. Kelly advises clients around the globe including Hong Kong, China, America, UAE to mention a few in respect of their property, pension, and business interests.
Kelly joined Consilia Legal in 2019 to utilise her legal knowledge further by training to become a family mediator. Kelly offers family mediation on a joint or separate basis carrying out detailed initial assessments meetings to ensure the suitability of mediation in the first instance. Kelly is also an Integrated Family Mediator working not only with the parties, but lawyers, accountants, financial advisers, and other experts.
Kelly is also instructed by the Official Solicitor in London in matters where there is an issue of capacity to ensure those parties of a vulnerable nature have a positive outcome.

Marie and her staff have been very helpful. Marie had assisted me previously with an employment law issues so I had no hesitation in engaging her again.
