Andy is an experienced workplace mediator and trainer, executive coach and leadership consultant. He specialises in helping people to build teams, improve and maintain relationships at work and he has a particular interest in dispute resolution.
Before training as a mediator Andy spent 21 years as an Army Education Officer and served in a variety of posts and in many different countries. In his current role he has worked with teams and individuals in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and helped them to improve their performance at work, resolve workplace disputes and rebuild damaged relationships.
Andy has been described by his clients as being kind, empathetic and sincere. He works hard to identify the underlying causes of disputes and to enable individuals to understand why problems occur and help them to find long-term, sustainable solutions.
